What is Claia?

Claia connects nurseries with childcare professionals for urgent replacements and recruitment. Nurseries post their needs; childcare professionals receive the offers that match their qualifications and area.

How do I create an account?

Click Sign up, choose between nursery manager or childcare professional, then enter your email and a password. Takes less than a minute.

How much does Claia cost?

Childcare professionals never pay anything. For nurseries, a complete free plan covers a replacement from start to finish; Claia is also in a free pilot phase. See Pricing for details.

What devices can I use Claia on?

The site is fully responsive and works on desktop, tablet and mobile. The Claia mobile app is available for childcare professionals: receive your missions and manage your profile right from your phone. Nurseries manage their needs from the website.

Is my data protected?

Yes. Hosting in France, modern encryption, no advertising cookies, no data sold to third parties, and all your GDPR rights built into the product. See our privacy policy.

How do I delete my account?

From the app or the web app: Account tab, Privacy section, then "Delete my account". Deletion is immediate and irreversible, in line with the GDPR.

Who is behind Claia?

Claia is published by BKS Solutions, a French company. The service is designed, built and hosted in France. To learn more about our mission, see the About page.

Where is my data hosted?

In France, with a French hosting provider (Scaleway). Our few technical subprocessors are located in the European Union; only push notifications transit through Google, with no personally identifying data. The full list is on the Subprocessors page.

How do I exercise my data rights (access, rectification, deletion)?

You can delete your account and all your data at any time from the app (Account tab, Privacy section) or via the Account deletion page. For access, rectification or any other GDPR request, write to contact@claia.fr from your account's email address.

Is the mobile app free?

Yes, completely free for childcare professionals, on iOS and Android: missions, applications and your profile right from your phone. Head to the App page to download it.
