Claia is a platform published and operated by BKS Solutions, a company with its registered office at 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France. In these terms, "Claia" refers interchangeably to the platform and to BKS Solutions, the company that operates it.
Claia acts solely as a platform connecting nurseries with childcare professionals. Claia is not the professionals' employer and is not a party to any employment contract entered into between a nursery and a professional. Profiles and job offers are ranked and highlighted on relevance criteria (location, availability, declared skills), with no payment from professionals, who use the platform free of charge. Each party remains responsible for the information it publishes and the commitments it makes.
